In our latest series of songs to get you through the quarantine (which is essentially what we do all year around anyways), here’s ‘Coming With You’, the new single from Now Ex in collaboration with film composer Harry Brokensha. This alt-pop project is the work of singer-songwriter and film director Nick Hampson, who creates vividly cinematic soundscapes that utilise a mix of indie-pop songwriting and ambient electronica. Running in the same veins as bands like Aquilo and The Japanese House, the pulsating drive that anchors this otherwise floaty track keeps the listener engaged.
